What engine harnesses are compatible with a 96'?

Ive been looking for a 96' engine harness for a while and have not had any luck. I know the 99' has different sensors, and that the 95's differ with the evap system.

Are the harnesses for a 95, or 97-98 plug and play for a 96? Ive tried searching and couldnt find anything that answers this other than that 99' harnesses are a no go.

Huge help! Now thats half the puzzle.

So other than a few easy pins, 96-98 should have the same pigtails right? If thats the case that will make my life a lot easier.

Errraaa.... Like 80% of the harnesses are the same from 95-97

To retain 100% functionality, it's best you get a '96, idk why it's so hard to get that year, you can use auto or manual and hack away and make it work hassle free.

Unless yours is an auto, but at the same time it's more common than manual.... Sooooo???

95-96/97-99 the differences in the evap and other add on sensors like the 97/99. The 95-96 they are almost identical but you want to watch out for the fed spec and cali spec on all years.
