95 maxima programmer?

I have a 95 maxima se. Its the v6 3.0 5-speed manual transmission. I have some oxygen sensors and a knock sensor and an EGR sensor check engine code. Is it possible to find a programmer to make the car run better or even possible with those sensors not working? Thanks for the help

no, once they're bad, they're bad.. only way to make it run better is replacing those 2 items, and cleaning the EGR. removing the code itself will not do anything.

knock sensor and oxygen sensor play a huge roll in performance.. with both of them bad, look out for difference in performance..

The knock sensor code is what we call a "ghost code" that accompanies other codes. It disappears when the other codes are corrected. So I would wait to see if your knock sensor code will disappear when other codes are resolved before replacing it.
