new to maxima

Hey guys. I'm a new 1995 4th gen maxima owner its completely stock sadly automatic but it'll do for now. I got the car with master cylinder (brake system) problems got the replacement part fixing that up tomorrow. Busted radiator fixing that this week. I was wondering what y'all have found to be the most helpfuel upgrades/mods for handling and hp would Be. Also the most cost efficient route toward my goal of fairly good handling car with enough power to have an enjoyable ride. Right now I'm just doing basic matianance . New spark plugs, oil and what not. Im thinking of cutting the springs and getting sway bars to help with body roll. (Unless anyone can pave the path to some fairly priced coilovers). Also where should I start with engine mods?

Read the stickies. This will answer literally every question you have. It will also raise new questions for you like "what brand struts are best", for which we have the uttermost holiest of contraptions to answer them, the search bar. These cars have been around for two decades, at this point theres practically nothing out there that has not been covered already on this forum.

This is pretty much the most help you can hope for with a topic of this nature. Good luck!
