I have a 1995 maxima and it run fine for about 10 min. and then just shuts down
I have no idea what it could be. new fuel pump, new coils and plugs and new fuel filter. Anyone have an idea?

^ Check your coolant level. I've personally seen Maximas shut off when really low on coolant. Probably due to the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECTS) going haywire for some reason.

Check that the ECTS has the proper readings using a multimeter
Could be the Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) too, but unlikely. But don't rule it out, as I've personally had a bad FPR shut my car off while driving.
Check/replace the MAF with an OEM MAF.
Check/replace ignition switch
