UIM Bolt & Nut Torque Specs

I have a 98 I30. I cant find the torque specs for my UIM in my FSM. It says see tightening specifications. Where are those? Or does anyone offhand know the torque nut & bolt specs?

If you have the 1998 Infiniti i30 Nissan service manual, it is the last thing on page EM-11. The spec is 13 to 16 foot pounds. Page 11 also shows the tightening sequence.
