Quick Vacuum help please

Mice have been working on my daily driver. It became obvious today. Sticks fell under the throttle linkage and pinned it WOT at start.
Anyway I found a piece of chewed vacuum line. The only place I can see where it went was at the base of the throttle linkage but I cant find where the other end goes. Can anybody tell me right quick? Thanks.

What I thought was a vacuum port was just the end of the spring coil. I can't find where it came from.
