the only strut bar that i can find for my 97max are the cheap ebay and a polished megan racing from andysautosport.com for 27$... where can i find something decent??

What do you consider 'decent'? They all do the same thing. Some are just prettier than others.

My preference is long gone and discontinued, and practically never comes up anymore in the classifieds.

Next best bar is probably Stillen, which does come up for sale in the classifieds quit often.

Paradox had a nice bar too, but long gone and discontinued.
