Aftermarket or factory O2 sensor?

I got a check engine light on my '95 SE. I had a mechanic run the code and he came back with T0135-H02S1-BANK1. He said my O2 sensor was acting up. Should I get an aftermarket or factory replacement?

Nissan doesn't make the sensor, go with any name brand such as Denso or Bosch.

I used Denso and had no problems. Bosch and NGK/NTK are good too.

I've only used NTK in my Nissan, Infiniti, and V6 Honda. NTK/NGK is kind of expensive. All good experiences.

I've also used Bosch on other cars without issue. I have a Civic where I use Denso.

I purchase most all of my O2 sensors from www.rockauto.com

NTK is the same corporation as NGK. We all trust their spark plugs without question.

I bought a Standard O2 from Rockauto, the box contained an NTK part.

I bought the cheapest one that I could find on EBay, and it has worked for 3 years already. The seller was PrimeChoiceAutoParts. They were very good, and cheap.
