Question about rotors
I need a new rotor on my passenger side cuz there is a groove on it. I went to a shop over here in my area and they quoted me $103 for new rotors including the installation. Now they said that they can't resurface them because they are under spec or something like that. What do you guys think about that?
Also, where can i maybe purchase a new rotor for that side for a cheaper price. And then maybe get someone to help me install it. I know of Courtesy Nissan and places like that. Anywhere else. I was looking to pay maybe $60-$80 for a new rotor. If that is even possible.

I thought so. The reason im asking this is because I had went there a little over a week ago and the told me I needed new rotors and pads all around. A couple days after that I went to my local Nissan dealership where i purchased my car and they told the there was a defect with the back slider for the pads and they replace the rotors and brake pads under warranty. They told me that my front rotors needed to be resurfaced and that I still have brake pad left. He even showed me the groove in the rotor and that I do have enough brake pad left. So I just thought someone was trying to stick me basically.
