Custom Header YPipe for 99 CA Spec?

My car is a 99 CA spec, i want to start doing mods do it. I've looked into the y-pipe of and heard there isn't much of a gain because of the pre cat locations in the headers and also other Y pipes aren't interchangeable.

So my question is, where could I go get a good custom Header/ypipe made(and how much $)? Would I get CELs? Also I've heard the ypipes won't fit the headers, but could I go with a setup like obx v2 headers and an equal length ypipe? Would that fit no issues?

An alternate solution is to swap the OEM headers for 95-98 OEM headers, add an O2 simulator for the O2 sensor that no longer has a home (or add a O2 bung), then you can get the classic y-pipe which yields the most gains. A little extra work, but very affordable compared to what you're suggesting.

That's also a good suggestion, thanks I didn't even think of that ig i thought if I had to swap headers might as well go aftermarket. Well I have someone with a warpspeed modified to equal length, what would be the advantage of that? I'm thinking about just going with OBX v2's to replace the headers and the y-pipe in one unless I miraculously came across cattmans, just looking for best sound/power and I'd be swapping headers anyways

I've also heard of nwp spacers but this is all NWP seems to have listed http://www.nwpengineering.com/Phenolic_Spacers.html any way to make it compatible with a vq30?

Regarding the spacers, I believe you're looking at the wrong spot on NWP's website.
