Faulty Steering Wheel Ground

I have been researching and I still can't see why my horn isn't working properly as it should. The ground it has with the steering column is causing my horn to constantly go off until I pull the fuse. I have tried to reinstall a new clockspring, but that did work. And help would be truly appreciated.

Rut Roh..... I think this is going to be like the plague in the next few years.

One of our Mods (The Wizard) just went through this and so did another member here who figured out what this was. Read the thread in the link for guidance on what is most likely causing this. And Good Luck: https://maxima.org/forums/4th-genera...lp-please.html
