Did full exhaust and I'm missing my y pipe hanger and my b pipe is hanging too low after adding my vibrant ultra quiet making it rattle on the bar after the cat.

i cant weld so do I just fix this by a trip to the auto store and grabbing 2 of those metal adjustable universal ones add one to the y pipe spot and remove the old rubber one on the b pipe? Are those things adjustable they looked like you can pick which hole to tighten to use so you could adjust how high it holds the exhaust compared to the rubber being pulled down and causing rattle
