RSB, FSTB & RStrutB Questions

Question 1: Does anyone feel there is a huge difference between the heavy duty front strut tower brace and the non heavy duty. The lower priced non-heavy duty is baiting me. I can upgrade later if I want. Right?

Question 2: If I install a rear sway bar can I also install a rear strut brace. Will they counteract or help each other. I alreday have amps and eq mounted in trunk on the back of the seat. Would they be in the way of the rear strut brace?

YES the RSTB will help even with the RSB and vice versa. However most people say the RSTB doesn't do too much

If you don't have subs, you shouldn't have problems. But if you have a box in your trunk you have to choose between it and the RSTB.

I put an FSTB, RSTB, and an RSB on at the same time. They complement each other. The RSB probably makes the most difference in the ride. Then the FSTB. Then the RSTB. Stiffer struts and lowering springs help a lot, not to mention wide, low profile tires and light wheels.

The RSTB on my car rests atop the rear strut towers, which puts it about 3-4 inches above the floor of the trunk and 4-5 inches behind the rear seat. Whether it will interfere with your subs depends on their relative position inside the trunk. Good luck.

FSTB and RSB are a must, RSTB helps but not to the extent of the FSTB.
Best of luck

Best of luck
RSB reduces understeer, back wants to turn/follow with front
FSTB make front more solid, more responsive steering
RSTB reduces squibble in back, makes more solid.

I would recommend all. They are a good buy whether you go value or name brand/style (like me )
