Low profile tires ?

16", which I have, seems to work great without too much off reading on the odometer or scrubbing the wheel wells. Remember, if your stock wheels were 15" like mine were, bigger wheels will further throw off your odometer/mileage reading to make it look like you're going slower and/or faster unless you go for real low profile.
I also don't like overly low profile tires because they are usually performance tires and have crappy wearlife/hydroplaning properties. Of course it depends where you live/drive. I wouldn't do lower than a 50 or 55 unless you just drive around town and EVEN then, potholes. I'm on 215/60R16. My next set I want to be 215 or 225/55 or 60R16

Oh wow...picture just showed up. My last car (96 Camry) was blacked out just like that and had the similar wheels (on 14s). Looks nice, if the wheels are in good shape I'd just keep them and then change to a lower profile 15" tire. Or switch to 16s.

Why not 16s? I think since the 4th gen maxima is long and low...too big and shiny wheels will swallow the side of the car giving more emphasis to the wheels, not the car. Whereas the 15" are just too small for a frame that size.
