The size of the engine makes the difference. The 3.0 fuel injector allows more fuel through it, like a bigger pipe because a bigger engine needs more fuel. If you use the 2.0 fuel injector, you might notice a miss in the engine and the spark plug will show that the cylinder is running lean.
