Auxbeam F16 9004 HB1 led conversion kit

Has anyone used this kit in their standard housings. Looking for reviews before purchase. I have an excellent kit of high and low Hikaris in my 2016 Tacoma but they are too pricey for the Maxima. I have owned a couple of 4th gen Maximas and have always been disappointed in the halogen light output.

Just installed and too sunny for pictures. The only thing I had to do was remove the collars off the LED bulbs to get the lock rings on. Then put the collars back on. Fit like a glove. Super white lights. Will post pix tonight.

The lights turned out great. I have not driven to test the cutoff but the 5k seems to be a good color. One blinding picture is with cell. It shows the color well. The other 2 are with a camera. One with flash and 1 without. I also included some installed pictures in the housing.

Update from night driving. On low beam these lights are brighter than the old halogens. Have not tested the cutoff. They seem to brighten the view and are an improvement in the low beam setting. The high beam output is not as good as the halogen. They seem to scatter light and are no better than low beams. I assume this is due to the reflector lens. When I get time I will pull up to a wall and judge the cutoff and make any needed adjustments. I have better led bulbs in my 2016 Tacoma and the high and low are separate bulbs. Those have a great cutoff and the brights are much better and focused.
