I was reading some other posts and noticed some mentions of Maxama's from Canada with VLSD. What is that? Thanks for the info.

VLSD = Viscous Limited Slip Differential.

VLSD offers better take-offs than a "standard" differential by routing power to the wheel with better traction. This is handy in snow and ice. Stateside differentials route power to the wheel with *less* traction...

this is (i believe) also the standard feature in the i30 trans (auto) and should be a direct swap.
