the headlights are by XSPEED. Cheap they were only $55. Maxima97SE told me about them and he wasnt wrong they are really good.

where did you find your fog light assembly ? or is there a part no.?

i got them in 2018 from Carlights360, not sure if they sell them anymore, at least here in the junkyard I see some Maxima’s with the fog lights in good condition since they are glass. Maybe try to see if you can find them at a junkyard near you.
