What connector is this?

Found it disconnected, and don't see anything that can connect to it.

dunno but I have the same connector taped up on the large bundle a few inches from yours that is plugged and not connected to anything. appears to only have 1 wire going to it.
after thinking about it more. it may be a way to run the compressor for AC servicing. jump that to ground or something.,
