I was thinking about doing the 00vi intake manifold swap but decided against it and would like to go for the MEVI instead. Is there anyone who has a link to where I would be able to buy everything for the swap?

 

I had an MEVI. I would advise against it. My car was no faster during normal driving or even in the 1/4 mile. Only on the highway did I feel the benefits. You loose a good bit of lower RPM power in trade for more top end power. I will say it did sound really good.

I now have a 00vi and it is way better all around. Yes more work, but the car feels better at all RPMs not just 5k+.

If you are dead set on an MEVI, check the Maxima and VQ Facebook groups. I have seen a few up for sale over the years. You cannot buy them new.

You'll need a RPM switch with either intake you get. I have a Summit Racing digital switch on mine.
