Hi, the rear right door power lock and power window in my 96’ GXE are not functional. The lock works if you open and close it manually, but the window just doesn’t work. Not sure where to start looking. Any ideas?

 

Swap the rear window switches and see if the problem follows the switch or not.

Also sometimes, unless you're the original owner and know nobody has ever been inside that door, people break the plugs going into the switch and/or motor harnesses when replacing the regulators that do fail. And over time back out.
