A32 Maxima qx Alternator charging problem

So few weeks ago i drove around in my car everything was fine voltage was fine (i have a volt meter installed) then i stopped to get groceries after that when driving home my voltage suddenly dropped to about 11.8 and battery light came on slightly after that.

Changed the alternator and belt but still not charging only thing is that with new alternator the battery light doesent light up even when ignition is ON position.

Then i started troubleshooting:
-battery is good
-7.5fuse for alt.s is good
-fuse #13 10A is good
-alternator b terminal is getting battery voltage
-Keys in ON position S and L wires are getting battery voltage(measured from the connector which plugs in alternator)
-changed the battery warning light bulb

I am in loss of words i cannot think anything more what i can do to make this car work.

Most confusing part is that after changing the alternator the battery light has not lit up even one time but with old alt it was lit always. How can that happen?

Where did you get the replacement alternator and in what condition? New, used, rebuilt?
Its not uncommon to get a rebuilt/remanufactured alternator or starter DOA.

I live in finland and i bought it from site called autodoc it is remanufactured. bought it for about 200€. It could be that it was DOA can i test it somehow? I dont have very much money so i just wanted to know if there is anything else i could rule out and fix before buying another alternator again.

What voltage is it reading with the new alternator?

In the US, major auto parts stores offer free battery, alternator, starter checks. Might be worth looking to see if any stores near you offer that service.

Battery voltage when car is on is 12.2 does not matter what rpm is the engine running.
And thanks for the tip i will try to find some shop that would do the alternator check for relatively cheap
