Wiring Corbeau Seat Heaters to Factory Heated Seat Switches/Wiring?

Title pretty much says it all. Just ordered a pair of Corbeau LG1s with the seat heaters and was wondering if anybody managed to wire them to the factory heated seat switches/wiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I doubt you're going to get any responses on this. It's possible if you're good with wiring, but not a sure thing. I attempted something similar in my E36 and while the aftermarket heater did get power for a second, the factory button/switch would almost immediately turn back off. I ended up having to use the aftermarket button and wiring. I'm planning to try the same thing in my I30 but haven't gotten around to it yet. Let us know how it goes!

I would think, because I have no experience with seats that expensive. LOL If they draw no more amps than the Maxima seats, you could retrofit the connection from the Maxima seats to the Corbeau... Not sure if you're installing just the heaters or the whole seat with the heater option.

If they draw more, I'd probably fork lift upgrade the entire electrical feed. Manufacturers usually don't spec wiring and switches and FUSES that are meant for anything with higher demand, just what they install. Watts and/or fuse Amps recommendations might help make that decision compared to what's factory.
