So my nissan started stalling on me one day then would turn on then cut off after a bit. the engine hiccups, the rpms bop up and down like a misfire and when you touch the manifold with something metal you get shocked. it is in sync with the bops of the rpm. i need help on what the issue is

what i tried was

replacing alternator
replacing idle air control valve
replacing mass air flow sensor

 

Where do you live ? Maybe a member with work with you on your problem.

 

are all your engine bay ground cables okay?
