I need help with the dimension of some screws

I just recently bought this 96 Maxima, its my first car and i was changing some belts and i noticed that this little cover only had one screw keeping it attached to the car, i replaced the belts and i lost the one screw that was holding it together, I'm from brazil and this car is very rare over here, no one ever heard of it 'cause less than 300 units of these were sold over here, all imports. so i can't find any parts for this car over here, and i need to know the dimensions of the screws that i need in order to put it back in the car, here are some pics just so you can know what im talking about, since i dont know how to call this little piece

The threaded holes are for M6x1 bolts about 16-25mm in length. The other holes are for plastic push in retainers, the originals have a phillips screw. The same kind hold a plastic panel behind the right headlight or on the inlet of the air intake scoop.

Make sure you use Washers or get Flange Bolts that help the bolt head from tearing through the plastic. Now I only use stainless nuts and bolts whenever I replace the old!

Hopefully, you can find something like this in Brazil for the plastic pins:
