Anyone know where I can get a good sunroof visor to fix my 98 Maxima GLE ? Also should I be
worried about the rust that is accumulating around the perimeter of the sun roof? How can I get rid of it?

Regarding the rust, you want to remove as much of it as you can before painting over it. Otherwise, it will just come back worse. I would mask off the surrounding area with blue painters tape, and then carefully use lots of small pieces of sandpaper to get rid of the rust and get down to clean bare metal. It looks like most of your clear coat is failing, so I'm not sure how interested you are in making it look good. The best thing would be to take it to a body shop (after you carefully remove all the rust) and have them respray the whole roof. But if that's not in the budget, and you just want to keep it from getting worse, sand it down and put some primer and paint over it.
