Keeping my foglights from falling out

My fogligs they're pretty banged up but they still work perfectly with PIAA plasmas. I dont want them to fall out like my passengerside fog did last time. They aren't in their brackets anymore (no screws holding them in) and pretty much some velcro and glue are holding them in . The lights themselves are wedged in very tightly, but a big bump could knock them out, so I'm thinking of using some industrial strength epoxy to firmly set them in place. Right now you cant even tell that the fogs are hanging on a thread, it looks tight and I'd like keep it that way. Anybody have any ideas besides an adhesive like glue/epoxy to get the fogs to stay in? I don't care if I cannot get them back out. I know this is a little bizarre , but if anyone has a better solution...
I know I should just get rid of the fogs or replace them with a new set, but I dont have the time or money right now so any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

Is there anything wrong with the brackets that hold the fog lights in? Why not try to shoot some bigger screws into them if the screws are missing or if the holes are stripped. Or maybe you can find a way to hold them in using those brackets, like some sort of clamp that way you can still get them out in case you need to change the bulbs. Just some suggestions.
