(HELP) Rear Speaker Replacement

I understand that in order to replace the rear speaker, you have to remove the lower rear seat, and then the upper rear seat, in order to remove the entire rear deck. I've already removed the lower rear seat, but now I am stuck on removing the upper rear seat. I have removed two 10mm bolts on each lower corner, and apparently there are two other 10mm bolts that need to be removed? I cannot find them, I have removed 2 screws and took off the plastic piece that exposes the top of the center folding rest, but that has revealed nothing to me. What am I missing?

Thanks a lot. Didn't know they were hidden under this leather flap. Got the back seat out with ease. Just replaced the back speakers since the old ones were dry rotted. Sounds great!
