Well, labor is the killer. You have to get the tranny out. So might as well do the following:
New clutch and pressure plate. New OEM or upgrade.
New T/O bearing of course & also inspect the pilot shaft bearing for wear. Replace if necessary.
Get the flywheel resurfaced and consider getting aluminum one($550 or so) or get your stock lightened ($160 or so)
Rear main seal is only about $20 or something and labor is easy. T/O is even easier.

Labor for the tranny work should be between $250 and $350. Add parts for the above parts.

Also inspect the cv joints and repair/replace if necessary. Since the tranny fluid must be drained in order to drop the tranny, it's a good time switch to synthetic tranny fluid.

This week I received a printed ad from my local friendly Nissan dealer. It advertises Clutch Service for $400, plus tax and tip. This gets you a new clutch cover (pressure plate), disc, release bearing, and pilot bushing. This price applies to several Nissan models including the Maxima. It uses the Key Value clutch kit which is Nissan's less-expensive line of parts.

The rear main seal is not included in the Clutch Service deal. That would cost extra, but in order to replace the clutch they've already got the tranny out so the extra cost shouldn't be too much. I'd guess something under $500 for the whole job.
