Can anyone help??

My trunk wont open with the key. The only way I can open it is to use the remote. I know it's a switch for on and off I've tried it also but it just wont work. i can put the key in but it wont turn either way

When you flip the switch do you see the latch moving? Is it going all the way over? Anything blocking it?

Check that kind of stuff.

Try spraying some WD-40 or graphite oil into the lock. It might just be seized from not using it for a long time. Good luck.
