Using a dealer for work

I cant really find a shop I trust all that much, so I was considering just taking my max into the local nissan dealer for its 60k tune up. Anyone feel strongly for or against doing something like this? price reliability etc?

Price is very expensive, reliability is questionable. The 60K service is not that hard, it would be well worth it to do it yourself. If you're not really maintenance oriented maybe you know someone who could help you out?

Sears has the sturdiest stuff, but you can also stuff at Wal-Mart, KMart etc...

I wouldn't skimp on something like this though. There have been a bunch of threads lately about cars falling off jacks. I'd rather spend the money and buy a good quality set, it will pay for itself many times over rather than having the dealer do routine maintenance.
