you let a friend drive it!! Oh man. Its 7:00pm and really dark over here on the east coast. My friend came over with his car and we were just talking about mods. Then I told him to drive it up and down the street a couple times so I could check it out 3rd person Let me say I've gained a newfound love for my car. It looked so sweet at night. I have PIAA superwhite 9004's and h3's in my fogs and lets just say it was beyond blinding. I couldnt even see the front of the car from far away, just a huge ball of superwhite light. Then he put it in first and gunned it up my street. The car has a very nice sound from far away much nicer than I expected from being inside all the time. Anyway, the two things he said were "This thing flies" and "How do I turn the highbeams off?" (yes, they were off the whole time)

I know what you mean! When I let someone else drive it, it looks so good rolling that it hurts!

Ain't it the truth? I went to pick up my car from the paint shop one time. When the service tech pulled it around for me, it looked so good, I almost asked him to drive by me a couple times so I could enjoy the moment some more. Are we sick, or what? Have a good one.

not sick

just sheer admiration for our vehicles...it is a piece engineering work ya know =D

savor it. Every morning when my dad takes my car out the driveway to take my brother to school, I just stand there and look at it rolling out--pretty nice--

Hehe, I know what you guys mean. Last summer I was driving my cousin's Honda CRV and my dad was driving my Max in front of me. I never knew it looked that good when the wheels were rolling.

Yeah, isn't it great. I love listening to that V6 pull away
when my brother borrows the car. And just admiring the car
itself...

You want a new appreciation for the MAX?

Drive a rental car for a couple of days if not more.
When you slip behind the wheel of your Max you will achieved a wonderful state of bliss.
It'll give you a new found respect.

I like driving in front of store fronts that have reflective windows. I watch the reflection the whole time to see my car roll along.

after two hours on a riding lawn mower, you'll definitely appreciate your max.

how about when you are driving next to a long building with reflective tint and you can look over and see yourself driving... "hey that's me"... just got to remind myself to keep eyes ahead also!

About watching yourself drive your Maxima in a store front or next to a reflective building... Well, there's that pedestrian thing to consider. My advice, let's keep our cars off the sidewalk, and out on the road where they belong! :-) Happy motoring.

You also never know how nice your car is until..

you sit in the backseat. A lot of legroom for a small car.

I took a road trip this weekend, and on the interstate I passed a coulpe of tanker trucks with the stainless trailers. That was pretty cool seeing my max roll'n about 80.

its all so true..

on the way to work I always cut through the bank parking lot, instead of staying on the main road. Everyones like "why do you always cut through there" (It takes the same time both ways). It's simply because the bank is huge and covered in windows/mirrors all the way through and I just love to watch myself drive by, especially on a nice summer day after waxing

Its a sad story but some son of a ***** broke my windshield close to my dorm. The next day I took it to the auto glass shop in Irvington. When they finished the guy who put the new glass in pulled my car out on to the street real slow and into the lot real slow... I loved lookin at my car in that small period of time. The figure of the car must have been the best sight. The chrome grill gleaming, the new class and paint shining and the lights blazing... I love my max.

Oh yeah!? When I was forking(fork-lift driving) back in the days

The Maxima feels oh so good. If anybody drives a forklift, you know what I mean. Forklifts are rear wheel drive, and have a 360 degree turning radius. They are either propane which I love to drive or electric. At the end of the day, I get back in the max and oh baby, she feels so tight again.

Only another forker would know what I am talking about.
