Must you choose one of those ? My top choice is aluminum (silver). What color is your car ? If it's black, go with the gunmetal. If it's white, go with white (marginal) or go with gunmetal. Don't go with black rims, looks too much like hubcap wheels without the hubcaps.

Anyways check my sig for the aluminum wheel.

I agree with Craig definitely go silver unless you're getting them custom powdercoated

.org user cumalot has anthracite rims on a superblack max. look it up. they look pretty good, but it depends on your personal tastes

You should get one of each color and have it all around. 1 white, 1 black, 1 silver, and 1 gunmetal rim.

Cumalots Tantrums are straight black. Maybe he got a new set of wheels that I don't know about though...

Why not just go to Tirerack.com and pick the pics with the color closest you your max and the wheels with that finish?

Go to maximadriver.com and click on the gallery link, then click on dcmaxus2001 - then click on some of the pictures. You'll find a few w/ gunmetal rims, and there is one w/ black rims. Of course there are also some w/ chrome/silver. Enjoy.

i have to root for gunmetal. i've got a silver 98 maxima and i'm looking for gunmetal rims. i might get silver if i get the schumacher style. other than that, some of those lightweight rota wheels in gunmetal would be sweet :-)

Forget all that gumetal, satin or black rims... go for the WET SILVER look.. like that of the Ann. 5th gen. maxima's
