Great Tie Vs. 3000gt

I raced my brother in my dad's 1997 Mitsubishi 3000GT Turbo and we tied. We both took off at the light and he pulled in front of me about 1/4 length of my car, but i eventually caught back up to him. We were tied headlight to headlight going about 120 when we both decided to pull off and stop. I didn't even think i would come close to beating him, but i am glad we tied!!

Yeah that's it...you see, i have nothing better to do than to lie to a bunch of people i don't know. I just sit around in my basement and think up lies to put on the forums on maxima.org

Well, a 3000GT VR-4 will absolutely rape an automatic maxima, any time any place.

Your story lacks credibility in a big way.

320hp against 190....

Well, your said earlier that it was a turbo 3000GT.
So if "Daddy" really owned a 3000GT, you would know that the SL did not come with a turbo. Why don't you go post this **** on the Honda Forums. Its because of these BS posts that the server is so slow.

Um, no.

Like JUDE said, if you knew what you were talking about, you'd know there were no single turbo 3000GTs.

Now, if you did race an SL, you should have at least tied. They have 200hp and more weight than your Max.

Actually, even if it was an SL he would still lose. They had 222hp and only weigh about 100lbs more then a GLE. Even auto to auto, the 3000GT would take him by a couple car lenghts.

Well i'm sorry, he always said it was a turbo. I did a car review report and found out it wasn't a turbo. But for you people who think they know a lot about cars you were all wrong: A 3000GT SL has 218 HP. Now that i know how you guys all feel and react to wins against cars, the next time i beat a little v4 civic or accord or yugos, i will come brag about so i can have all your congrats and praise once again.
