can anyone give me some ideas as to how to replace the rh passenger side mirror. i have gotten the replacement mirror. now i need to know what i must do to replace it. do i have to take the door panel off or will the inside of the mirror snap off or something. please help. i didn't want to take it to dealer or anything. any ideas will be appreciated. btw its on a 99 maxima se. thanks again
