Turbo question... newbie kinda question

i have a garret turbo that says the following on the side: "M35 B.C.C. GARRETT" Then there is a small circle with a 47 inside. I was considering a custom turbo application, and I got this one for cheap, i was just wondering about it... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well it's not so much the newbie question, i'm just looking for some details, it's not like the old twin turbo 300z maxima supra question, i just want to know some details behind this turbo, the salvage yard couldn't get me the read me file that came along with it, what can i expect for a 10 dollar turbo. Im just wondering about the details behind this certain turbo.
