Prepping to DYNO

Ok, so I dynod today after getting some corrective work done on my CAI. They forgot to hook something up and now its fixed. So for my inconvenience they did a free base line dyno. 173.3 fwhp 182.3 torque, will this change if I let my ECU get used to the CAI? it was done with a a fan blowing past the front end of the car. Also I know that I need to change my Fuel filter and plugs as a part of my 60k services.

So what my question is will my dyno improve with these:
1. ECU getting used to the CAI
2. New Fuel Filter
3. New Plugs
4. Cleaned TB

I re dyno this weekend, please respond quickly.
