I've never heard of the KEI Office coilovers. I would suggest you get the JIC MAGIC coilovers. I've heard good things about them and they look like good quality.

If he already has Cattman's, then the JIC Magics would be like a downgrade. Fewer features, less adjustability, no over the shock tower mounting.

And RickChan, all coilovers squeak a little.

I disagree. Cattman Coilovers are full of adjustability features that the Maxima rarely uses...even on roadcourse and autocross. The JIC's are made of better quality pieces. I've had my Cattman's for about 1 year now and have already suffered a broken strut mount, moving sleeves, and a broken strut piston. They are not well constructed and lack certain features that are needed such as shorter strut bodies, heavy duty strut mounts, non-sagging springs (with more spacing between the coils up front), bumpstops, and vehicle specific spring rates. I believe he's making the right decision by upgrading to better quality as opposed to features.

I agree with NightRider. I have G2 Cattman Coils on my car and it makes way too much noise. I had tested out a set of JIC SA-1's for about 1.5 weeks and they were superior to the Cattman Coils in every way. No noise, install was easier (some parts didn't always fit on the cattmans), dampening was only 5-way on the JICs but it performs just as well if not better at the maximum stiffness. Just my $.02
