They always look nice but heavy as ****, not something I particularly care for, with the exception of the Concept 5 design, which you can get pretty well anywhere.

i personally like Katanas, b/c they have some sweet designs. oh and b/c i have the katana spazios 18", chrome. so i may be a little bias. but like someone already said the tend to be a little heavier than usual. but i don't race so i doesn't matter to me.

bro get what ever pleases your eye.

here are some katanas so you can get an idea http://www.wheeltech.com/Katana/katana.html

I have the Katana C5 knock-offs Yes, they are very heavy but I think they look pretty good. If you have enough money, then by all means go for better quality, lighter wheels...but IMHO, the Katana's aren't trash...they've held up to many many potholes and curbs without bending. With the money you save, you can get other mods. Once again, they are heavy, but with the money you save by not getting more expensive rims, you can get a nitrous kit and be faster than the other person who used his money for the more expensive, lighter (albeit nicer) rims. It mainly depends on how much money you want to spend and what you are into (looks, performance, combination of several factors, etc..).

Look for a guy with the username costcowwholesale or something like that. He is running a group deal on them in the group deal forum. Like any Katana rims 17 inch size for $450 plus shipping. Not a bad deal.

I have 17" Katana K6's. Good looking wheel.

It wasn't my 1st wheel choice, but I got a deal w/ tires in a private sale that I just couldn't refuse.

(Besides, like someone else here said, it has allowed me to put the $ I saved toward other mods, like suspension).
