JWT Pop Install Question

JWT Pop Install Question

On Wednesday I bought a 1996 Maxima SE 5 speed with 66k miles in great condition and I have already installed my first mod I read that the JWT Pop Charger is a good easy first install and everything seems to be ok so far. However, what am I supposed to do with the sensor that was attached to the top housing of the filter box? I left the bottom half of the filter box in for support when I did the initial install, so for now, the sensor is just lying in there. Is this OK or should I attach it somewhere else? The pop itself is great, I love the growl it makes when shifting into 3rd, not too loud, not too soft. Before this car I had a 1988 Chevy Silverado v8 automatic, so this car is quite a difference. I like it.

Drill a mounting hole in the top plate of the filter...

...or just let it dangle.

Or take the cone apart and slide the sensor inside. Let it hang it's not too tight or loose.

That's how I had mine in my 95.
