222hp version of VQ30DE in '95-'99 generation?

just out of curiousity, would the 222hp version of the VQ30DE engine from the '00-'01 Maximas be able to fit into the '95-'99 generation Maximas?

The major difference and most of the horsepower comes from the variable intake manifold for on the 5th gen. People are selling variable intake manifolds for the 4th gen in the General Forum, if they don't equal the 5th gen's horsepower they will come damn close, and you won't have to swap out an engine.

I would post the same question on the thread referenced above, as the people ordering the intake will be monitoring that one - or PM/email them directly.
