No. Weapon-R and Ground Control do.

Are either of the abover adjustable like the Skunk-2's? Just out of curiosity, what would you guys recomend for suspension? a set of coilovers like these, or go with a more standard setup like kyb agx's and eibach springs?

Yes these are both 1/2 coilover setups (adjustable). I find people have to many problems with these and they are far too bouncy. I recommend springs - if you want a larger drop go with Sprint Suspension and if you aren't concerned as much go with H&Rs. But that's just personal preference. Oh and if you have the money Cattman and JIC make full coilover setups at $1300+. The Cattmans are problematic though and almost nobody has the JICs.
