blower fan only works on high

Hi, I am a new member and this is the my first time posting. I have a 95 Maxima GXE with the C&C package. I have a problem with my fan blower, it only works on the highest setting for both the heat and the AC. I have heared that a relay behind or under the glove box is faulty? If anyone knows or has had this problem please feel free to elaborate on what you think the problem is and how to fix it.

It's a resistor module that has failed. Get a new one from the dealer.

I would like to know where the resistor module is located for the fan blower and how much it would cost in case I wanted to save money and install it my self?

It's sort of behind the glove box. If you search for it, there have been a couple threads on how to change it.

I recently replaced this myself. Part itself costs around 20 (could be way off). The resistor unit is by the foot of the passenger side under the glove. Just kneel down there and you'll see a bunch of wires going into a plug into the motor housing. Two screws (philips head) hold it in place. Remove, unplug, swap and reverse. The resistor looks like a credit card with a plug on one side.

Takes about 5 minutes.
