What Tools?

i was wondering if someone could give me a list of tools that i will need to change out my brakes ( calipers, pads, rotors, brake lines) and i know air tools would be preferable but i dont have access to them....so jsut manual tools i will need...thanks, ross

a set of metric socket wrenches (10 mm).
brake bleeder (speed bleeder).
new brakes.
new fluid.
1 hr.

ps. have your rotors turned.

for the rear calipers you will also need a special tool to push them back in when you are done. its a little cube thing with special indentations, i bought mine at my local parts store. just ask them for a caliper turning tool. it costs like 5 bucks, better than trying to use pliers to turn the calipers.

Thanks guys....now as far as bleeding the brakes is there a special kit to do this or i thought i saw my friend jsut have someone step on the brake and let off it and siphon the fluid out of the bottle...sounds hack to me but jsut wondering...thanks

You can get some speed bleeders that makes it fastwer and easier. It is worth it anyway just to make sure you really get everything out when replacing / filling the fluid. Brakes are not something you want to play around with. It is in my opinion worth doing right since it is one of the few things that will save your life when used.
