Info on a short shifter

Wnated to ask any of those that already has one. Is the Pacesetter one a good piece? Will it be hard to install/ Any tricks to pass on? And Pro's and Cons?
Thanks for any and all help, it will be going on a 96 Max.

Supposed to be top notch. I ordered one from Nopi.com, but he said they are all sold out AND the manufacturer is sold out as well. And I have a 95 so it was for 95-96 maximas.

Sorry but you are out of luck for the time I do believe.

Look into the SMC STS as well while you're at it. Several people have raved about this one as well.

I saw a great install how-2 somewhere not too long ago, but lost the link. (I found it through the .org though - do a search & something will turn up).
