That's all I really need to survive. But if I'm in a Trancey mood then I'll put in some Aura or something like that. Oh yeah, and of course Barracuda from Heart, that's a wicked cool song to drive to.
I thought I was the only one, Tool is my favorite band. Some tracks Ive been listening to a lot lately:

1. System of a Down - Deer Dance
2. The Juliana Theory - We're Nothing Without You
3. Korn - Here to Stay
4. Lifer - Breathless
5. Earshot - Get Away

1. Dilated Peoples - Worst Comes to Worst Remix (Havoc and Guru)
2. Big Tymers - Still Fly
3. G-Dep - Special Delivery
4. Petey Pablo - I told y'all
5. Total w/ Notorious BIG - Can't You See

Anything by Paul Oakenfold off of Tranceport.

Also great to play Project Gotham with it in the background.

I listen to punk, ska, hardcore, screamo, stuff like that. I'm not much into emo though. I recently was at the Bouncing Souls show, they're definately one of the best.

I saw the Bouncing Souls on Warped last year, they're really good. I'm not too much of a pure emo fan, stuff like Dashboard Confessional is really only good to listen to if you're very depressed. I do like the Juliana Theory, and Jimmy Eat World is one of my favorite bands right now.

What was that song when the first 5th gen commercial came out with the Maxima in the desert speeding then it slows down and stops in front of a flower, with dust flowing its direction???? Anybody know, I love that beat. I found a few of the vids from adcritic, but it did not have the one I was looking for, if you know the artist, it would be kewl.

In my car its only Hip Hop and Dance Hall Reggae, you cannot go wrong with that unless you don't have a system in your car.

My favorits are:

Mobb Deep featuring 112 " Any thing that you need"

Elephant Man " Log On"

many good songs have already been mentioned. however, for the trance folks, try "Ethic Prayer (Euro Mix) by Sasha and John Digweed"

also try "Rotate" by Dream dance...forgot which volume.

a song you will absolutely like or absolutely hate is Truth Hurts by Addictive. Busta Rhymes - "As I come back" is good also...

i like a variety of music...so i would also recommend "Luciano Pavarotti verdi la traviata"

For cruising and speeding sometimes...

On a Friday or Saturday night cruising downtown and then taking it to the highway, I'd have to go with Chemical Brothers or Crystal Method. Some of those get your right foot a little heavy.

What I meant to say was that although you can feel 60Hz, you can also hear it. At 30Hz, you don't hear it - you ONLY feel it - it's twice as low as 60.

Little-known fact about bass frequencies - if you can get 18Hz loud enough, you'd better be wearing Depends. That frequency will make humans involuntarily sh*t their pants.

Why will 18Hz make people take a crap in their pants?

something that gets people in the groove of slicing through traffic going approx 75-80 mph.

Include artist and "title" of song
What i like to listen to would be Paul Oakenfold's "Dark Machine" from the Swordfish soundtrack. That song gets me all pumped up.

...first of all, it has to be fairly loud - 96db + - which commercially available speakers are not capable of. Secondly, you'd need massive amounts of power. For example, if it takes 1000watts to produce 80Hz @ 96db, it would take about 5000watts to produce 18db @ 96db - IF you could find a combination of speakers to do it.

Apparently, 18Hz is the frequency that will relax the human sphincter muscle to the degree that you cannot control it.

Unfortunately that is not the song. This was I believe if not the 1st 5th gen, then one of those first new ones. It had the commercial i n the desert with the max driving fast and it says "0-60mph in 6.7 seconds, and 60-0mph in ?secs" and stops in front of a single flower.
The music to that commercial is cool, if somebody gots vid/name of song and can find this for me that be cool.
