Just Bought a Tailight

So I just bought a tailight off of Ebay for 20 Bucks. It's the Driver side one. Hopefully I can find a passenger side one. Hoping to make the clear tails soon.

Question: Who has actually put them in the oven to seperate them from the molding. And in your opinion which way do you think is the best?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

A hair dryer will work. Trust me it will work. Don't spend $$$ on a heat gun!!!
