0104 Code
0104 Code
Okay guys, newbie, I've searched and still struggling.
I conducted Ben's governor eliminator for my 96 GXE. Soon after, I took it out for drive, hit 140, and on the way home, my CE turned on. Furthermore my RPM's were dropping to like 200, and the engine even stalled after pressing the clutch. I put a switch on the wire, and still nothing.
I decided that I had some how screwed up the speed sensor, bought it ($25), replaced it, and directly wired it like it used to be. The RPM's don't drop anymore nor does the engine stall, but the 0104 code is still there even after reseting the ecu. O and my cruise control is not working.
Any suggestions commnent?

You searched? It seems when I tried the first post of the first search result said you will get that code. Plenty other threads talk about it too.

I don't think that you understand my problem. I was aware that I would get this code, but what I am saying is that I want to return to the stock mode by completely undoing the whole governor-eliminator thing.
I still get the code?
