I read a related article on this. It seems a Home Depot in Florida sold and loaded this stuff. They made the owner of the car sign a release. You can see some bags of concrete mix in the back seat. I think there was over a TON of that alone. The police approached the vehicle, which was still running. The person in the car (the driver?) was asleep or passed out. The rear struts were driven through the strut towers and into the trunk. Before the car croaked, the driver was on his way to a job somewhere in the Carolinas with this load!! Whew...

Has to be photoshopped... there's no way that pic's real. I used to work in a home improvement store and spent a year loading lumber and other stuff onto cars. The way that's tied there's NO WAY it would hold like it is, especially with those tiny ropes. At that angle... no no no no no way. Do you have any idea how heavy that load is?

I agree that is a ton of weight, but I seriously doubt even the best Photoshop artist could create something like that. Look at the shadows and the creases in the sheet metal.
All I know is, somebody picked up those rims for a great price after the insurance company was done!!
