Could I replace the cloth seats with leather seats in my 97 Max, The driver seat is power so it shouldnt be a probalem, but can I wire in a leather power passenger seat, where there was a non power cloth seat?

 

It can be done, and I went from cloth...no power to power leather. It's simple. 4 bolts for the front seats. 4 bolts for the rear seats. If you do not have heated seats and want them, that is something you are prolly going to have to wire for.
